my potter's mark
It's genuine!
Nicole Marcoux-Perry is a Montreal pottery artist who has sold her work in boutiques, the One-of-A-Kind Show, the Salon des Métiers d'art de Montréal, 1001 Pots, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Gardiner Museum, and the Art Gallery of Ontario.
She has studied with master potters from the United States, Europe, and Japan, such as Jeff Shapiro, Claude Champy, and Shozo Michikawa.
Among her many influences, she draws from the mid-century modern movement of the 1930s to the 1960s.
Nicole makes all her pieces; she doesn’t hire anyone to do part of the work.
The result: a smaller collection with an attention to detail and the highest quality possible.
It also means that when you purchase her signed work, you can be sure it's an original piece that she had made, one that you can enjoy for a lifetime.
Exploration leads to the transformation of everyday objects into works of art that beautify our surroundings and enrich our lives.
The objects that fill our home define us. They are our personal stories. They shed light on our personalities, our interests, our ambitions, our dreams.
They reflect our life's journey.
